Tribute Giving

Tribute gifts are those made in honor of someone you know or in memory of someone who has died.

When a birthday, anniversary, marriage, retirement, new job, religious celebration, honoring a parent, or other special event calls for a unique recognition, you can make a contribution to MOM in tribute, honor or memory of the occasion.

Gifts in any amount are gratefully accepted. Your gift is acknowledged with a personalized card sent to the person or family in whose memory or honor the gift is made.

There is no better way to keep a person's memory alive than by sustaining and improving the lives of others. Your gift is an eternal tribute that continues to comfort the family and friends while celebrating life. Don't forget it is tax deductible! Tribute gifts maybe made anytime throughout the year.

If you would like to send a donation to MOM "In honor of" or "In memory of" someone please follow the steps below:

Print clearly in the memo of the check who the donation is "In honor" of or "In memory" of.

On a separate sheet of paper, please include the name(s) and address of either the person or family ("in honor of" donations) or next of kin ("in memory of" donations) in order for an acknowledgement letter to be sent.

Please include your address (if not written on your check) so MOM can send you a "thank you" letter for your donation.
